In 2009, Canada spent ~US$20.5B. Israel spent ~US$14.3B. (SIPRI numbers, 2008 dollars. Gotta pay to see the root, but this part’s repeated in wikipedia.

In other words, your argument doesn’t make sense.

You’re right, I’ll expand to 6 and add canada but not one more!/

I was discriminating a little. I put Israel up top with everyone else because they’ve demonstrated their level of professionalism in a virtual war zone for 50 years. They’re hard to beat in experience and traininging. Up till 10 years ago I would have argued they had the best air force in the world.
