My anti-vaxxer cousins have 13 kids between 3 families. All dangerous. They are not around my sons.

Thing is, they’re not stupid or gullible. They’re arrogant and deluded about their average intelligence.

Being arrogant doesn’t make you an anti-vaxxer. It sounds like they are either very susceptible to propaganda or they are not too bright.
