The question is how much of it is actually forced. I mean, if I was migrant who crossed the border into Texas and someone offered me a free ride to NYC I would take it in a heartbeat.

Have they applied? Been processed? Waiting?

If they are truly just arrived over the border, then they are undoc/illegal, wtf is Fla and TX doing?
