Besides the obvious, New York is a “one-consent” state for recording conversations. And I can’t see a thing on there that violates laws unless they’re false (libel).

On the other hand those are really deep pockets for FOX’s attorneys.

And nothing shows Mitt Romney’s true colors better than him sitting there staring at Sean Hannity with gratitude for reassuring him that he wouldn’t get asked any tough questions.
