No one mourns all of the dead that drowned in the God caused flood do they?
This is untrue! Judaism is a very rational religion. But since there’s no central human authority, there’s nothing to stop a few people with extreme ideas from practicing their beliefs.
The traditional Jewish service mourns the Egyptians who drowned:

And for the Egyptians who perished during the plagues:
Wine is spilled during the Passover Seder to mourn the fact that G-d inflicted suffering on his Egyptian children. (See myjewishlearning.com )
