If you mean Croatia’s retaking of the Krajina, that actually wasn’t so bad. Yes most Serbs fled the area, but given Serbian chauvinism and inability to tolerate the presence of others of that time, Serbian flight from areas their military had been expelled from was inevitable.

It is also worth noting that Bosnia’s Muslims supported the Croat offensive, and 3000 Bosnian soldiers took part in it. Details here.
