I have no idea if we can sue or not. All I can figure is that this company just plugged his name into a database and nothing else and they picked this guy at random from the list. My husband’s name is a common one, both first and last, but the middle names are WAY different which should have been a clue. Seriously, I figured it out in less than a minute, you mean a multi-million dollar company with access to more info than I could ever access couldn’t do that too?

My husband is going up to the job site today with the proof he’s not the criminal. This went through corporate, which is in Indiana, so the people there have never seen him, but the people here have, obviously, so maybe that will help the process? I don’t know. When the husband called the background check company in Texas(oh surprise) about an appeal, they got all shitty with him.
