Too many business models are based an unending flow on cheap untrained or low-skill labor. We would really have to rework the way we grow, process and serve food, the hospitality and domestic services industry, gardeining/landscaping, construction, etc…

If we made farm work $50/hr, most Americans would still suck at it.
