Stuxnet has demonstrated the weaknesses. The cat is out of the bag, and these attacks will happen, with or without the prompting of Anon. This guy might have been inspired by something he saw on a chan, he might not. Hard to tell unless you find the dude.

Certainly Anon aren’t the only people who like to hack. They’re not even the only hacktivist group. They just get all the press.
