There’s something really horrible about her statement. I know it’s funny, but it reminds me a lot of the people who insist that waterboarding is no big deal. Not making an honest argument for why these things should be used, but pretending coyly that they don’t understand what the problem might be.

If pepper spray is no big deal I wonder if she’d be ok with being deployed at her child’s school. Methinks not.
