If I’m not mistaken, the orchestral music is Germany’s National Anthem (from a tune written by Franz Joseph Haydn). It’s the lyrics that have been changed. Under the Nazis, they used the first stanza (that’s the Deutschland Uber Alles)…today, Germany uses the same tune, but not the first stanza (in terms of lyrics); today they use the third stanza…link here…
