They have lousy aim, over Japan and aiming for Hawaii will be quite a trick.

What’s more important, the fact that they have “lousy aim” or the fact that they are firing it toward ANY land, or any place for that matter?

Or does “lousy aim” surpass the fact that they are doing it at all?
