I took 12 pounds off earlier this year, went to a 2 a week “Light Fast” (600 - 800 calories on the fast days). Did it on 2 non-consecutive days (for me Mon and Thur were the best). Weight came off, no stress or fussing.
I still maintain something like that, now doing just 1 day a week on average. I’m probably going to start eating a bit more now, getting ready to start training for RAGBRAI so I am going to be burning a bunch more cals.
