It really bothers me that not only do a lot of journalists agree with Glenn Greenwald, they downright revere him. They can’t see for the life of them that Glenn Greenwald hates this country and wants to destroy its government.

I’m still not sure how much he is a True Believer, and how much he’s just going after a juicy target of opportunity. Lots of money to be made turning over dirty stones of any government, but he can rest assured that his current shit-on-the-US venture is less, uh, polonium-flavored than some other options.
