I think absent that, and other videos, most juries would have either turned a blind eye to his shit or just given Browna slap on the wrist. If he’d stuck to the medium he was really good at, writing, he probably would have been fine. Unfortunately he was in love with the sound of his own voice, and his drug use stuffed twenty pounds of crazy into a ten pound brain, resulting in the the rest leaking out all over the camera.

The laptop camera was not his friend, and freeform monologging is almost never a good idea.
