I used to be in the oil bidness at a very young age. The summer I was 16 I worked as a gas station attendant

(gas was under a buck a gallon, and you got a free drinking glass with a fill-up , and I checked your oil and water without you asking ! , just for some perspective of how long ago that was)

I remember being asked by my dad to get a can of gas for the mower and being given a quarter. I returned with a full gallon can and change.
