I’ve never had a single bad dealing with Amazon.

I had a bad deal with Amazon but they made good and it was with one of their marketplace vendors, not them. Was buying an ipod and the guy sold a bunch of low priced items and had a good rating. He then put up a bunch of high priced items, took the payment and then said he shipped it. BUT… he put a long ship time (6 weeks).. bunch of us got swindled but Amazon made good and refunded the money within a week after my claim was in.

Something to be careful of since this kind scam can occur
