I think people should only take photographs that support the accepted narrative. Then there’s no reason to worry about biased pixels.

That is exactly the problem with media framing. Even without the cropping, they choose what to photograph and how. Thus they set the agenda as to what is newsworthy, and also choose how that news is portrayed.
