Bullshit. This sort of behavior is endorsed by the establishment. Why do you think the cops/guards involved haven’t been prosecuted? They’ve probably been shuffled off to a desk job until the heat dies down.

I don’t know one way or another, but do you mean cops in general or higher-ups?
