Reid offered to have the vote on the bill today. McConnell refused; the only way he wants to vote on the bill is as an amendment to a totally unrelated bill.

McConnell refused to let the bill come up for a vote. So, kind of the exact opposite of what you’re claiming.

Are you just planning on doing your best to avoid letting this information actually get into your brain?
