I think I just caught Jeopardy in an error.

They said, if I heard right, that an upload is going from a smaller machine to a larger machine & download is from larger to smaller.

I’ve been in the business for 30 yrs. I’ve never heard it defined like that.

That’s definitely not correct at all.
