Having been to Gaza myself, and the beaches just north of it in Israel, I can attest that the beaches are beautiful! The Palestinian,with a little planning, could take advantage of the depression, and become an alternative to Dubai, with less excess and nicer beaches.

In fact, Gaza could serve as a bridge between the Arab world and the west, at least for trading and tourism. What an opportunity they’re squandering…

It really pisses me off. It could be so much better if people would just think. But people don’t want to build there because of insurance costs. Much as I support the Israelis, I’d be VERY pissed if they leveled my $500 Million hotel.
