Exactly.
The Roi has told me time and again that he can stop operations, with the full backing of his company, if he knows things are dangerous.

He’s got to take driver safety courses, and a helicopter bail-out course every year (he’s in a helicopter, it’s turned upside down, plunged into a pool of water, and everybody has to get out while in this position). Not fun. But absolutely necessary.

Hehe maybe I’m just young and stupid, but we actually bought a session in that training course in a charity auction. I had a good time with it.
