We are doing a pork tenderloin (marinated in a garlic an herb marinade) with Scalloped Potatoes and sweet pees tonight.

Tomorrow will be rotisserie Cornish Game Hens, marinade to yet be decided, done on the BBQ. Spanish Rice an Sweet Corn.
