Unbelievable.

I’m sure the vast majority of school districts nationwide had similar policies in place for this speech. I can simply think of no other precedent where a President’s speech, regardless of the topic, was required to be listened to by any segment of the civilian population.
As far as which government body is ultimately responsible for the decree, it really doesn’t matter.
