Palestinian Authority prime minister submits resignation

This is the guy the USA and the EU said MUST be in the government because he is the only one they trust. But now that both Obama and the EU are pushing for a “coalition” Palestinian government and thereby recognizing Hamas, this guy ain’t the end all and be all anymore?
