It’s a derivatives problem. Some man somehow had something to do with producing the female Proximate Engine of Disaster, as we all know men are always guilty and females as members of a protected minority (that is majority in their case but never mind) class are presumptively innocent. So when a female PEG straps on an explosives belt and kills a dozen people it is a man-caused disaster.
