The Nook color looks pretty good, but the I see the $250 price tag and realize I could get a wifi iPad for just twice that. Not that I want an iPad at all, but that’s another story.

Yes you do :) I don’t know. Like I said above, I just got the Touch two months ago, and I am totally blown away by it. ANd of course, that make you think about… “Gee… wouldn’t this be even more fun and functional on a Ipad” Well, I was sitting next to a passenger on a plane last month who had an Ipad, and he was watching some episodes of some TV shows. It seemed a little bulky… and I saw some people at the airport holding them in their hands trying to use them sort of like a Iphone or Touch, and that seemed uncomfortable.

So, as much as I’m intrigued by the Ipad, the portability and “pocketbility” of a Touch sized device certainly has it’s advantages.
