Appreciate the reply. From the text of the article, and this is the reasoning behind the court’s order to have the boy’s father and new step-mother live in the ways of a Hasidic Jew. Are you suggesting that this excerpt is likely an exaggeration and/or inaccurate?

As far as I can tell, the only thing they’re being asked to do is maintain the child’s religious practices when they have him.
