We DO need a Superiority Fighter. The operative question is “manned or unmanned.” I could actually go with an “unmanned” unit. Y’Know, the one with a 23 year old gamer driving it. Thing is, this SILLY Administration wouldn’t even do that. At least Jimmy Carter, when he canceled some airframe programs had enough sense to “Go For Stealth.” Pres. Obama seems to prefer Go For ZERO - The Number, not the Mitsubishi Airframe.
