Did you mean to say: random serial killer targeting minorities because minorities are less likely to be “missed” or something like that? Doesn’t even make sense considering how much attention these killings have received.

Or that these people are less likely to be protected by the police, and that seems to be the case in France. Odd parallells to the Florida shooting…
