Heh. The CMP thing is pretty bad, and the Gawker case could certainly spell massive financial pain for him, from what I understand. Any possibility of him going to jail or anything like that? Such a possibility would certainly up the ante.

Not at the moment. Charles and others have conjectured that the NAF could be preparing a criminal case against CMP, Daleiden and possibly Chuck, too.

But if Chuck refuses to comply with the subpoena, he could end up in the pokey for contempt and be fined. It’s federal court, so refusing to comply would be unwise, given his lack of a convincing argument or reason.
