Honestly as I said yesterday, I hate that this guy died. I mean it’s obviously awful for his wife and kids but he chose go to Oregon. He chose to go there knowing that there was a chance this could happen. He even vowed they’d never take him alive which is what ended up happening. Honestly, to me he’s yet another victim of the Bundy’s perverted bullshit about how the federal government is bullying them. Ammon, Ryan, and Cliven should be apologizing to his family for spreading fear and lies that inspired him to go tehre in teh first place.

It’s not just the Bundy’s perverted bullshit. He is a victim of “the need for militia in America” thinking.

I bet if you go to Finicums house you will find favored militia reading material like The Turner Diaries, pamphlets from Aryan Nations, CCC, articles by Pat Buchanan and David Duke, Trump hats and bumper stickers…maybe a list of web addresses to all the White Nationalist and Patriot Movement sites and Christmas Cards from Jon Ritzheimer.
