I have a feeling that this case may end up being one which tests the outer limits of First Amendment protections. And to be honest, I’m not sure what the right answer is - celebrities and public figures deserve the right to privacy as much as anyone else does; but limiting the press is always dangerous.

I know there is no way to really implement this suggestion, but I’d be much more comfortable with expansive 1st amendment protections for the press if they actually did their damn jobs.
