I was looking for the “rife with child molesters”. Got it.

There have been issues in several places with the UN peace-keeping forces and sexual misconduct.

If that adds up to ‘rife’, I don’t know, I’ve only heard individual stories, and don’t know what the oversight looks like in general, or what data there is.
