I’m refering to some issues I have heard about with the fact that many wells drilled by Israel have undercut Palestinian wells, and the Palestinians I have heard are not allowed to drill deeper. I’m trying to find a good (but short) specific source, but only have a 154 page report from the World Bank. Frankly, I read both this Blog and the Daily Dish. A lot of things I’ve seen there have disturbed me.
