Some Still Unclear on Definition of “Emergency”

This reminds me of the scene in “Southland”, where the cops are sent on a 911 call to a tattoo parlor, where the emergency turns out to be that the tattoo artist has tattooed “Dennis”, rather than “Denise” across a biker’s shoulders, causing said biker to call 911.

He eventually attacks the cops when they say this isn’t a 911 matter, and is arrested. Still saying “Dennis”.
