By chance do you know how many calories a day you were getting before you switched to these meals?

Probably hovering in the 1600-2000 range, but I have not been seriously counting. It drives me up a wall and I can’t sustain it long term.

When I cook, I tend to aim for recipes in the 600 calorie for a meal range.
