Random: I have a Yorkie and he needs a haircut. All the groomers are booked way out in advance right now. I have been cutting my own hair for about 3 years using regular clippers. How bad an idea would it be for me to cut his hair? I am thinking it is probably a terrible idea.

I’ve been grooming my dogs for years. It’s not a bad idea at all.

I would suggest you find a youtube video or two before you start.

Also you need a good metal comb. IMHO,
