I believe that it was Richard Cohen writing for WaPO this morning, commenting on BHO’s foreign policy.
He claimed that there is no theme , no Obama Doctrine if you will.
But wait, he says that is a good thing, demonstrating how nuanced Barry is, you know looking for the “Moderate” Taliban & all.
To me it just demonstrates that either Obama is clueless or has a hidden agenda.
