My Maternal Grandmother was a nurse in the Shriner’s Hospital here, and organized a lot of parties for various workers, unions, etc.— she was on some city committee for it.

Maybe she served some of her chicken-salad sandwitches to your grandpa at a pinic. Or maybe she danced to his tune one night.

Nice to think of those connections. Make them feel still alive to me.
