I don’t know about that…President Obama has done a pretty good job of pissing off progressives lately…so you can’t say he’s pandering to them. And it’s not like Republicans are going to support him, no matter how many times he includes their ideas (see Health Care Reform)…so that’s not pandering for votes.

Obama pandered to everyone during his campaign.
A case in point was his stance on Israel, pandering for the Jewish and other votes.
Obama is now pissing those he pandered to.
