Over the Adirondacks, from Fort Ticonderoga. The cannons were moved from upstate New York to Boston.

Nitpick. Adirondacks are to the west of Ticonderoga in New York State. Cannon were hauled over the Green Mountains to the east in what is currently Vermont.

Both part of the Appalachians chain, but actually of different geological ancestry.
