Just because you live in a blue state doesn’t mean you will be safe, unless you plan to never travel. If you take a vacation down south, get pregnant and have a miscarriage, there could be a warrant out for your arrest on suspicion of having an abortion.

Taking a vacation in Gilead would not be a good idea. People need to adjust as circumstances change.
