Is there anything to prevents the Democrats from moving up the date of when they nominate Biden, at least on paper (it being a given anyways)?

It’s important, because even though Trump will win Ohio, there is a critical US Senate race there, and Democratic turnout could be hurt if Biden is not on the ballot.
