He spoke impulsively, revealing a lot more about himself than he meant to. I imagine a lot of what he says is like that, speech without forethought. He might not have known what he meant by “white culture” when he uttered the phase. It was just something he picked up somewhere, likely from a white pride source.

Ok, so he speaks impulsively. He had the opportunity to correct himself, he didn’t. The segment was 3 minutes and 11 seconds long. He had a lot of non-impulsive time to consider what he said and correct himself, he didn’t.

He’s not impulsive. he speaks his mind.
