What if Chase had not called you and it turned out that you had lost your card and the finder had got a new truck on your dime?

I wasn’t mean, I was polite, she was just pissed off because I’m one of those “deadbeats” who always pays their charges off in full every month. They don’t really make anything off me but the retailer percentage fees which I doubt even covers their overhead.

What did I say that was wrong? I did wait until she was off the line to laugh at her after all. ;)
