I don’t think using an F Bomb just for “shock” value is cool
I don’t think walking around with that word on a T-Shirt in public is cool

I’ve hit my thumb with a hammer and used the F Bomb while alone. (or with adult friends), Thats cool
I’ve been in meetings (again, with adults) where things have become bawdy and thats cool
I can see heated debates with staff members in the White House where explitives could fly. thas cool

I assume your assumption is that adults usually know when the fuck-bomb is appropriate.
