GOPers calling on the GOP to dump Trump are very wrong if they think that’s all that needs to be done.

Trump is the GOP. He won the 2016 GOP primary, and it wasn’t close. The 2020 cycle will certainly have Trump mini-me imitators campaigning along the same lines that Trump did.

To really get the Trump stain out of the GOP will require a thorough delousing, starting with a complete end to the resentment mongering that has been the GOP’s main strategy for decades.
