Truthfully, I do NOT Know. My point is that even Pres. Carter knew that if/when you canceled a major weapons system, you better have something else, preferably better, in your “back pocket.” I have seen NOTHING of the like in this Administration. If the “conclusion” you draw is “WORSE THAN CARTER” -
